Each time your buddy sends a response it counts as one message. You can track your usage from the dashboard. If you're approaching your limit, you can purchase additional messages as an add-on or upgrade your plan.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you approach your limit, we'll notify you so you can purchase additional messages. You can also upgrade to a higher tier. Your buddy will stop responding if you exceed your limit.
Embed widgets let you add your buddy as a chat widget on your website. Visitors can chat with your buddy directly from your site. Higher tiers include more embed widgets, and you can purchase extras as add-ons.
On the Professional and Enterprise plans, you can remove the mendbuddy branding from your embed widgets. This is useful if you want a fully white-labelled experience on your website.
Yes, annual billing is available on all paid plans with a discount. You can switch to annual billing from your subscription page in the dashboard.
